How to direct a line like this

  • 1

    Paste your chapter

Open Studio and paste a chapter as you wrote it. Studio finds who's speaking, gives each character a voice and reads how each line should sound from your writing.
  • 2

Type a slash to direct a line

To choose how a line sounds, type a slash (/) before it, pick Emotion, then pick a suggestion or type your own direction, like [reverent, close to tears]. The voice follows it and doesn't say it.
    [reverent, close to tears]
I know. You can tell where you almost stopped.
  • 3

    Press Create audio

Studio performs your chapter. To change a line, edit its direction and press Create audio again. Studio remakes the lines you changed.
