Acceptance of Terms

StoryVoicer (also referred to as LyricWinter Studio) is operated by LyricWinter. By accessing or using StoryVoicer, LyricWinter Studio, or lyricwinter.com (collectively, "LyricWinter," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

LyricWinter provides StoryVoicer, the LyricWinter Studio product, as a platform for transforming text-based stories into multi-speaker audio using AI-generated and AI-cloned voices.

User Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • You retain ownership of all audio content generated through our service
  • LyricWinter retains ownership of the platform, technology, and AI-cloning system
  • You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract our underlying technology

Payment Terms

  • Payment is required for access to our services according to the selected plan
  • All fees are non-refundable by default
  • Refund exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis by contacting [email protected]
  • Deleting an account cancels an active Stripe subscription immediately without proration. Subscriptions billed by Apple must be canceled separately through Apple; deleting a Storyvoicer account does not cancel Apple billing

Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Limitation of Liability

LyricWinter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
